Elevator Psychology and GroupThink

In my Project Management classes I often use a video called "Elevator Psychology" which is filmed in a Candid Camera style. It illustrates the concept of GroupThink and it arises when we discuss conflict within project teams. Kathy Schwalbe, author of a texkbook I use in class (An Introduction to Project Management), describes GroupThink as "the conformance to the values or ethical standards of a group" - in other words project team members might just go along with what the group is thinking if there are no conflicting viewpoints on various aspects of a project.
